Who we are
A renovation company from the region
Soleca Renovations is based in Hoogvliet and works throughout South Holland. We replace window frames, install dormers and sliding doors and fit façade cladding, from a single window to an entire house.
We have deliberately chosen not to be a company that farms the work out. Advice, measuring and installation are all done by our own people. That keeps the lines short: whoever sits at your table also knows what is happening on site.

How we work
Look properly first, quote second
A quote that turns out to be wrong later costs everyone time and trust. That is why we always visit before naming a price. We assess the existing situation, take measurements and discuss what you want to achieve.
In the quote we itemise the elements, so you can see where the money goes and which choices are still open to you. If the survey shows something is built differently than expected, you hear it from us before we go any further.
