During the appointment we look at more than the exterior. We discuss room by room how each window is used, where ventilation is needed, and whether noise, sun or security deserve extra attention. We then take final measurements, and you receive a quotation specifying the profile, glazing, operation and installation.

The municipality and RVO always remain the authority. Below is what matters for a homeowner in Spijkenisse, and where to check the current conditions.
Whether replacing window frames needs consent depends on the address, whether the frame faces a public road, how much the façade changes, and any listed status. The municipality of Nissewaard refers homeowners to the permit check in the Omgevingsloket. If in doubt, you can submit a concept request in advance.
